Nurture and Grow

A year long practical programme to help you market your tourism business more effectively

In February I will launch a really comprehensive programme of tourism business advice.

It will guide you through a streamlined, straightforward and practical way to promote and develop your business.

The idea is that you'll make your marketing more effective, and yet it will take less time because you'll know exactly what to do!

What will the programme cover?

Everything you need to promote your tourism business more effectively!

It's full of how-to advice on practical topics. All of it is designed to help you build your business, especially if you want direct bookings, increased income and ways to market your business independently.

How does it work?

The programme takes place over a year, with pauses during times when you're likely to be busy with visitors. It's up to you how much time you put into the programme and when.

We will focus on a different marketing topic each month, so it feels less overwhelming. The idea is to do one thing really well before we move on to the next.

I'll be keeping numbers of businesses on this programme quite small so I can offer you as much direct advice as possible. It will include live zoom calls and training workshops (recorded so you can listen again), marketing agony aunt sessions, and detailed handouts.

It's all about taking action and feeling more in control

You'll feel more confident about marketing your business, generate more revenue. Your marketing will take less time because you'll only focus on the worthwhile activities that actually work! You'll feel in control of your marketing and less overwhelmed.

This isn't just a learning programme - it's about taking action and making a real difference to your business

  • Improving your website - how to make it more action-oriented to get more business
  • A non-techy guide to improve your search engine rankings

  • Prices - are you making enough money? How can you stop discounting?
  • Media coverage - how can you get the attention of the press and influencers?
  • Copywriting to make an impact - learn to write like a pro
  • Effective mailings - build a mailing list and create strong mailings
  • Advertising - when it's worth spending money to get publicity
  • How to get more direct bookings
  • How to get more off-peak business
  • How to promote your business without paying lots of other people or organisations

Want to be one of the first to join this programme?

I'll be inviting the first members of the Nurture and Grow programme to join in early March. Numbers will be limited, and because this first 'run' will be the beta programme, I'll be offering a special introductory participation fee. If you'd like to receive an invitation (no obligation), please emailsusan@tourismnetwork.co.uk as soon as possible.
