To use the master classes you need to register. You only ever need to register once. Once you've done this we'll ask you to pay (unless it's a free session) for the specific master class you want to access.

It's easy to participate in the Marketing master class:

• Decide which master class you want to do and register for it, choosing your username and password
• Pay for the master class - which then gives you 14 days access to that master class. Please note this is for your use only and not transferable. You will be send confirmation of your payment and log in details. If you can't find it, please check your spam or junk mail folder
• Log in using your username and password
• Click on the left hand link to your master class
• At the end of the master class you can download the notes

Why do I need an account?

The first time you buy a master class, you will also be prompted to set up your free account. Once you have this, you will be able to log in very quickly and then use the master class. You will see a screen that looks like this.

Once you have entered your details and clicked on the register button you should receive a confirmation page, which also includes the total price (including VAT) of the content you are buying. At this point you will also have an opportunity to enter any discount/coupon code you might have received.

Press continue and you will see a summary of your transaction, including any discount.

You will now be re-directed to our payment processor - Paypal. You can pay either by using your Paypal account or credit/debit card.

You will receive a Paypal confirmation page, indicating they have collected payment and you will then be re-directed to the Tourism Knowhow website.

You will now see another confirmation page indicating you have successfully subscribed to the content.This should all happen within minutes.

You can now log in to the site by going to the home page and clicking on the 'Masterclass login' menu on the left hand side.
